As a Personal Trainer and Online Coach I work with people who've never set foot in the gym through to people who've been training for a while and are looking to level up their workouts through bespoke programs, ground up training to get the most out of each exercise and help with general nutritional advice. Online coaching is available nationwide and worldwide and in person training is available locally to Saffron Walden, Haverhill and surrounding areas.
Why can I help you?
My focus in fitness is always looking at the bigger picture. I've been that new person setting foot in the gym for the first time, intimidated by the equipment and people, and understand while working a 9-5 job with family commitments that time for yourself can be at a premium.
My job as a fitness professional is to help you build confidence exercising, build workouts that keep you motivated and seeing how it fits into the bigger picture of diet, day to day activity and time constraints.
I believe in building a friendly, safe space for people to exercise in as it can feel like a very intimidating place in the gym or leave people feeling vulnerable. I work through patient step by step guides on exercise, helping you understand where you can push yourself to reach that next level or hit your goals.
For my own fitness journey I became more fitness focused in my mid-20s after years of little to no consistent exercise or focus on my overall health. After joining a gym in 2012 I began my fitness journey, initially with a focus on weight loss and fitness and before long I discovered my passion.While I love training, I get the most satisfaction from helping clients improve their fitness, see results and build confidence in themselves.
I believe in fitness as all encompassing with a focus on physical and mental health, with the benefits of exercise for mental health being crucial. Enough about me, let's see how I can help you!
